REFUNDS

YOU CAN RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND GIVEN THE ITEM RETURNED IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

EXCHANGES 

YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. AN EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE GIVEN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY 

We at ENTOURAGE do our best to ensure that we send items that are of high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:

Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product 
On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. If stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased.

Shipping Information
You will receive an automated confirmation email after you place your order.

Please allow 7-14 working business days for order delivery. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. Local (SA) orders are shipped with reliable local couriers International orders are shipped with Freight Forwarders.

Shipping delays may occur during sale days, weekends and public holidays.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and public holidays. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you. 

ENTOURAGE is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, and our parcels are not shipped as insured. 

Our standard delivery fee is R100 for orders under R1000, and free for orders over R1000.
